How do I log in for the first time?

1. Go to: https://correspondenciasdigitais.itau.com.br/login, click on First Access;
2. Enter your CPF number and date of birth (Individual) or CNPJ and date of foundation (Legal Entity);
3. Choose the option to verify your identity (phone number or email). If you can’t find your phone number and e-mail, call the Investor Service Center at 3003 9285 (Capitals and metropolitan regions) / 0800 720 9285 (Other locations) on weekdays, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.;
4. Enter the code received by email and/or phone and create your personal password;
5. That’s it, now just enter your CPF/CNPJ and the new password registered to access your documents. The Income Reports will be available in “my reports” – folder “2024”

If you already have a portal password and have forgotten the password you used in the previous year, follow the procedure below:

1. 1. On the platform, click on “forgot password”
   2. Enter your CPF (Individual) or CNPJ (Legal Entity) number;
   3. Enter the text of the security image and click “next”;
   4. Select the phone number or e-mail already registered to send the security code (token) and click on “send security code”;
   5. Enter the security code (token) received and click “next”;
   6. Create a password, which must have at least 8 (eight) characters containing numbers and letters, and click “next”;
   7. When you’re done, you’ll be redirected to the login home screen. The Income Reports will be available in “my reports” – folder “2024”
