Disposal of Eletrobras Equity Interest in Special Purpose Entities (SPE)

Eletrobras is currently looking to sell 39 special purpose companies (SPEs) divided into six lots five for wind farms and one for the transmission line.  All assets are ongoing operation with long term contracts with defined volumes and prices. The schedule of the Competitive Disposal Procedure as well as the other information necessary to the Bidders are available in the Eletrobras Notice 01/2019.
